Trucking & material hauling
Sand, gravel, topsoil, fill, asphalt and ore delivered by the truckload — plus equipment transport on our own flatbeds and box trailers.
If it needs to be hauled, we have a truck for it
Trucking started as support for our own excavating jobs and grew into a service in its own right. Today we haul for homeowners who need a few yards of topsoil, for builders running a site, and for commercial and industrial customers with ongoing material to move.
- Sand and fill
- Gravel and crushed aggregate
- Topsoil, delivered or spread
- Asphalt
- Ore and bulk material
- Site spoil and demolition debris
- Equipment transport
- Freight on flatbeds and box trailers
What we run
Different jobs need different trucks. Having the range in-house means you're not paying for a semi to deliver two yards, or waiting a week for a truck big enough to do it in one trip.
F-550 dump truck
For smaller loads and tight residential driveways where a semi can't turn around or shouldn't be driving.
Semi dump trucks
Quad-axle and lead dump trucks for bulk material — the fewer trips, the lower the cost per yard on a big job.
Lowboy, flatbeds & box trailers
The lowboy moves machines like our wheel loader between job sites, ours and other contractors'. Flatbeds and box trailers handle freight.
Commercial and contractor accounts
If you're running a site and need material moving on a schedule rather than one load at a time, call the office and ask about an ongoing arrangement. We'll want to know volumes, distances, materials and the hours you need trucks on site.
We're licensed and insured for commercial hauling, and we can provide certificates of insurance for your job file.
Ordering a load
To quote a delivery quickly, have this ready:
- What material and roughly how much
- The delivery address, and where on the property it goes
- Whether a full-size truck can get in and turn around
- Whether you want it dumped in a pile or spread
- When you need it
Not sure how many yards you need? Give us the dimensions and we'll work it out with you.
Tell us what you need done
Call the office and talk to someone who has been on a job site, or send the details and we'll get back to you with a written estimate. No charge for the estimate.
